Core Talent Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to take ownership of the commercial management of a $35 million project, from procurement through final accounts, reporting to the Project Manager, with a solid emphasis on subcontract administration and cost control.

Based in Queensland, the client is a privately owned builder/developer delivering commercial and multi-residential schemes, turnover over $150M annually, offering an autonomous role within a supportive leadership team
