Job Description

Westpac Group in Australia is seeking a Senior Manager, Indigenous Home Ownership to lead the Home Ownership pillar of our Reconciliation Action Plan, translating multi-year commitments into outcomes for customers and communities.

You will collaborate across Mortgages, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability, Distribution, Indigenous Strategy and external partners to drive inclusive access, experience and outcomes for First Nations customers, while ensuring governance and risk compliance.
