Reporting to Manager - Product and Projects, you'll provide key project administration and project management support across the Lift Brands modernisation program within our Australian and New Zealand network.

Your mission is to support, administer and coordinate key stages of the modernisation journey - making sure franchisees understand their modernisation obligations, and giving them the tools, information and support to deliver them in line with Global Lift Brands standards. From first contact through to a successful re-launch, you'll support the team to keep clubs on track, compliant and looking their best.

You’ll also maintain the data behind the program - completing task management, administration, data entry and file maintenance across suppliers, rebates, club statuses and modernisation progress, and keeping the tracking that gives the wider team a clear, real-time picture. This is a genuine opportunity to help build and refine the systems and processes, while developing towards more hands‑on project coordination over time.

Collaboration sits at the heart of this role. Working hand in hand with our internal teams, approved suppliers, franchisees and the wider Lift Brands network, you’ll act as a key conduit between departments, directing tasks and enquiries to the appropriate person and monitoring actions through to completion.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative, task management and project coordination support across the Product and Projects department.
- Maintaining modernisation records, project trackers, internal systems, documentation and reporting.




- Supporting supplier relationships, after‑sales service coordination, rebate tracking and follow‑up activities.
- Coordinating tasks, enquiries and updates between franchisees, suppliers, internal departments and the Product team.
- Assisting with education resources, project close‑outs and broader departmental priorities.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in a similar project coordination, administration or project support role is highly desirable. Construction experience is not required.

Proven experience in project planning, administration, coordination, task management and reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with franchisees, suppliers and other external and internal stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting, managing competing priorities with strong planning, tracking and follow‑through.
