Real Pet Food Company is hiring a Senior Payroll Officer to own end-to-end payroll across Australia and Recent Zealand, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with Awards and legislation. This role sits within the People & Capability team and reports to the Head of Remuneration & Benefits.

You will drive payroll governance, time & attendance, and partner with leaders to automate processes as we transition from a managed service to an in-house UKG Ready solution.
