Job Description

n

n
- Prepare financial statements, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets
n
- Prepare and lodge tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
n
- Prepare Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) returns
n
- Complete BAS, IAS, and other compliance reporting
n
- Provide basic tax advice and respond to client queries
n
- Analyse financial data to support business advisory services
n

Must Haves

n

n
- Residency in the Philippines. Open to Filipinos ONLY.
n
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in business advisory/accounting
n




- CA/CPA qualified or currently studying
n
- Has experience in Australian tax and compliance requirements
n
- Able to prepare individual, company, and trust tax returns
n
- Proficiency in Xero (essential), MYOB, and QuickBooks
n
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
n
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
n

Nice to Haves

n

n
- Experience with Xero Tax and Xero Workpapers is highly regarded but not essential
n

n

Home Office Requirements

n

n
- Perfectly working headset and webcam
n
- Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps
n
- Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later
n
- Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
n
- A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
n
