About the Role
Join us as a Catering Assistant Level 2 and help deliver a high-quality food and beverage service in a busy, customer-focused environment. You’ll prepare fresh meals, support smooth service and help the team meet changing demands and timeframes.
- Prepare salads, sandwiches and hot breakfast items
- Deliver effective, high-volume meal service
- Manage ingredients and stock control
- Support food and beverage service across multiple areas
- Assist with training and welcoming new team members
- Work closely with supervisors, chefs and catering colleagues
- Adapt to changing service needs and priorities
About You

To be successful in this role you will:
- Read and interpret menus, instructions, policies and procedures
- Communicate clearly and follow written and verbal direction
