Job responsibilities:

- Support medication reconciliation workflows and clarify orders through appropriate channels.
n
- Work 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts.
n
- Prepare and dispense medications within scope and maintain accurate documentation.
n
- Document interventions and communications in the pharmacy system as required.
n




- Review and process medication orders according to established policies and safety checks.
