ABOUT THE ROLE

Lake Imaging has an exciting opportunity available for a Mammography Supervisor to provide supervision and direction to the Radiographers and staff to ensure a high-quality service is delivered in the West metro region. You will need to be a demonstrated leader who possesses excellent communication and organisation skills, as well as being motivated and dedicated to drive a strong culture of high-quality patient care.

- Maintaining a high quality efficient medical imaging service to our patients and referrers
- Ensuring adequate staffing levels are provided for the clinic; working alongside other site managers for rostering needs throughout the region.
- Coordination of ongoing education, support and career development for staff
- Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management team to ensure high level of service provision.
- Establishment and development of networks in the community with the aim of facilitating client understanding and satisfaction

ABOUT YOU

- Degree qualified in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration
- Proven leadership ability and experience with staff training
- Extensive experience and competency in mammography
- Demonstrated patients first approach to service provision
- Police Check and Working with Children Check
