Environmental Services Worker
Homestead Aged Care, Nerang

Casual Opportunities

In this role, you'll play an important part in maintaining kitchen and residential areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both residents and staff. Working at our Homestead service, you'll be a part of a welcoming community and a supportive setting that keeps families connected.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with meal preparation, serving, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Set up and clean dining areas, trolleys, and trays.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of residential areas throughout the facility.
- Responsible for laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, folding and distribution of linen and resident clothing; maintain the cleanliness of the laundry and equipment.

Key Selection Criteria:

- Experience as kitchenhand or cleaner.
- Ability to acquire a National Police Certificate.
- Valid Australian work rights (no sponsorship available).
