Job Description
Lead and mentor a team of onsite physiotherapists across the Sydney region while maintaining clinical excellence and supporting service growth.
n
Axis is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to lead our growing New South Wales team as a Regional Lead.
n
Supporting and mentoring a team of clinicians delivering high-quality occupational health onsite services and managing local customer accounts, you'll be collaborating with organisations and their employees to prevent & manage injuries within the workplace, driven by the belief that happier and healthier people perform better.
n
With a mix of working remotely from home and scheduled onsite work, you will:

n
- Lead onsite Physiotherapy and rehabilitation services across multiple clinics, including rostering, leave management and operational oversight.
n
- Manage local customer accounts, ensuring strong engagement and service satisfaction.
n
- Mentor, support and develop clinicians through regular coaching and performance reviews.
n
- Contribute to Axis' growth and strategy as a member of the leadership team.
n
- Manage budgets and drive continuous improvement through performance outcomes.
n
- Collaborate with employees, managers and organisations to support healthier workplaces.
n
n

About You
n
n
- Demonstrated leadership experience in people management, account management, or both
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in musculoskeletal, private practice, occupational health, or related Physiotherapy settings
n
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
n
- AHPRA registration and Skilled indemnity insurance
n
- Australian driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
n
n
