EVT is seeking a passionate chef to join the kitchen team across its hotel portfolio. You will take ownership of a section, cook to Santini's standards, and work with the Sous and Head Chefs to maintain quality and efficiency during busy services.

Ideal candidates will hold a trade qualification in commercial cookery, have experience in quick-paced kitchens, and be able to guide junior chefs. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.
