Job Description

Alpine Health is seeking a District Nurse to join our team on a fixed-term 6-week contract (14 December 2026 – 31 January 2027). This part time role (0.6 EFT) involves providing nursing care in patients' homes to support independence and community connection.

You will perform wound care, medication management and health education, and build genuine connections with clients while navigating country roads in Victoria.
