Job Description

Takeda Australia seeks a Senior Site Engagement Lead to drive global site relationships and oversee feasibility, startup, enrollment, and study conduct activities within the region. You will liaison with CROs, medical affairs, and local operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely site activation across trials.

The role requires 7+ years in clinical research, site management experience, and willingness to travel up to 50% within Australia and region.
