About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development anddelivery of marketing plans that strengthen Gowrie’s brand, grow engagement,and drive enrolments across early learning services and adult learningprograms. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you willbring market insights, craft marketing plans, and deliver targeted campaigns togenerate and sustain a pipeline of prospective families, students, adultlearners, clients and employees for our different services and programs.

About You

You are an experienced and team-oriented marketingprofessional with strong skills in planning, engagement and campaignmanagement. You combine a hands‑on approach with customer insight, and thriveon building strong relationships and making things happen. You arepassionate about the brands you represent,



have a track record of developing astrong understanding of what you promote, and looking to make your mark in agrowing non‑profit organisation where people live and breathe ourorganisational values.
