Role Overview

- Position Title: Digital /Technical Business Analyst (Superannuation & Mobile)
n
- Core Focus: Enhancing member portal apps, digital onboarding, contribution tracking, and retirement planning features.
n
- Methodology: Agile / Scrum delivery models.
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- 5+ years of experience as a Digital/ Tech BA.
n
- Must have Mobile Apps + Superannuation experfience.
n
- Requirements Elicitation: Gather and document functional and technical specifications for native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and responsive member portals.
n
- Superannuation Domain Alignment:



Translate complex superannuation rules (e.g., contributions caps, stapling, investment switching, and insurance-in-super) into transparent app user stories.
n
- Process Mapping: Design user journeys, process flows, and data integration maps between front-end mobile layers and back-end administration platforms
n
- Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers, mobile engineers, and QA testers to refine app features and acceptance criteria.
n
- UAT & Testing: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), triage defects, and ensure regulatory compliance in digital transaction.
