Job Description

You will be responsible for managing wet fire projects, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, working closely with builders and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and commercially. This is a senior role with the autonomy to make decisions, solve problems and take ownership of project outcomes.

- Managing labour, subcontractors, procurement and site requirements

- Managing budgets, variations and project costs

About you

n

- Minimum 5 years' experience managing large-scale wet fire construction projects
n




- Strong knowledge of Australian fire protection standards, particularly sprinkler and hydrant systems
n
- Excellent communication and client management skills
n
- Strong understanding of construction programmes and project delivery
n
- Commercial understanding of budgets, variations and project costs
n
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
n
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
n
- Commitment to safety and quality
