Pika Sushi is looking for an experienced and passionate Sushi Maker to join our growing team.

n

You will be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality sushi while maintaining consistency, food safety, cleanliness, and excellent presentation. We are looking for someone reliable, fast-paced, and proud of their work.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare sushi, rolls, sashimi, and other menu items to Pika Sushi standards
n
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation
n
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures
n
- Manage daily preparation and stock rotation
n
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
n
- Support a positive, respectful, and team-focused kitchen environment
n

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience as a Sushi Maker or in Japanese cuisine
n
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
n
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
