Position Overview

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll support the Store Manager and play a key role in leading the store team. You’ll help oversee daily operations, manage inventory, support customers, and ensure opening and closing procedures are carried out safely and smoothly. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who’s reliable, well-organised, and ready to make a positive difference.

Hourly Rates

$36.81 per hour (weekdays), $44.18 per hour (Saturdays), $51.54 per hour (Sunday)

Availability

Candidates must be available to work Mondays through Sunday. Flexible availability—including weekends and public holidays are also required.

Key Responsibilities





- Supervise store operations and lead the team on weekends or in the absence of the Store Manager, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage stock control and inventory accuracy
- Oversee product displays and merchandising to create an attractive and effective store layout
- Coordinate communication with the office, warehouse, and other store branches
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist in training new team members

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience supervising in grocery or retail settings is highly desirable
- Robust organisational and communication skills
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Proactive, with effective problem-solving skillsFlexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to drive results and lead a team toward achieving business goals
