CatholicCare Diocese Of Broken Bay is seeking passionate Youth Workers to support vulnerable young people aged 12-17 in Sydney. You will build meaningful relationships, deliver engaging activities, and apply trauma-informed approaches to foster confidence and resilience.

Roles include permanent part-time (min. 60 hours per fortnight) and casual shifts, with a rotating roster across day, evening, and sleepover shifts. Training, support, and a commitment to protected, inclusive practice are provided.
