Job Description

Icon Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced ER/IR Lead to shape workplace relations strategy and lead the Employee Relations team during a growth phase. This senior role reports to the Head of P&C; for Australia & Current Zealand and combines strategic guidance with hands-on support across complex ER matters.

Deep knowledge of Australian employment law and IR frameworks, plus a track record in enterprise bargaining and stakeholder management, are essential.
