Your Impact, With Us

As our Operations Manager , you’ll play a key leadership role, managing and mentoring Practice Managers to deliver high-quality, patient-centred services across our Victorian clinics.

Based in Melbourne , you’ll work closely with the General Manager and medical leadership to enhance operational efficiency, uplift service standards, and enable growth through innovation and strategic direction.

You’ll make a meaningful impact by:

- Leading and developing practice teams to achieve excellence in care and service
- Manage the day to day operations of the practice to provide effective and effective services supporting the superior delivery of patient care
- Driving patient and referrer satisfaction through service delivery innovation
- Supporting strategic initiatives including expanding services and onboarding new doctors
- Ensuring efficient financial performance and resource utilisation
- Championing change and continuous improvement aligned with Advara HeartCare's mission

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience leading teams in a healthcare setting
- Strong operational, strategic, and people leadership skills
- Demonstrated financial skills and commercial acumen
