Job Description

EVT Limited is seeking an experienced Bar Manager in Sydney to oversee day‐to‐day bar operations, lead bartending and floor service teams, and drive revenue while maintaining high guest satisfaction. The role reports to the Venues Manager and Directors, and requires robust people leadership, RSA compliance, and a hands‐on approach during peak times.

You will manage labor costs, beverage inventory, and stock loss, while upholding liquor licensing standards and WHS requirements.
