People & Culture Adviser

3-Month Contract

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a switched-on P&C; Adviser to join a collaborative People Operations team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands‑on operational HR role and is confident managing employee lifecycle processes, HR systems and day‑to‑day queries in a fast‑paced environment.

The Role

You’ll provide hands‑on support across a busy People Operations function, helping to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for employees and managers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating onboarding processes and preparing contracts for new starters and internal movements
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date employee records within SuccessFactors
- Responding to HR queries from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate advice
- Supporting the wider People Operations team across the employee lifecycle
- Assisting with a range of HR administration and operational tasks
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting continuous improvement across the function
- Ensuring HR processes and advice are aligned with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation

About You

You’ll be an organised,



adaptable and solutions‑focused P&C; qualified who enjoys working in a busy team environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Previous experience in a People & Culture / HR Adviser or HR Coordinator role
- Experience working within a fast‑paced or shared services environment
- Robust attention to detail, particularly when managing employee data and documentation
- Experience working with HRIS platforms, with SuccessFactors highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive and solutions‑focused approach
- A sound understanding of HR processes, policies and the employee lifecycle
