We're proud of our heritage, passionate about great food, and committed to building strong relationships with our customers. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Field Sales Representative to help expand the Vili's brand across New South Wales.

THE OPPORTUNITY

n

Do you love getting out on the road, meeting customers and growing business?

n

We're looking for a motivated sales professional to take ownership of an established NSW territory, building strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing recent opportunities.

n

This is a genuine field-based role where you'll spend your time visiting customers, growing sales, presenting products and helping more people discover the Vili's range.

n

WHAT YOU'LL DO

n

n
- Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:
n
- Building strong relationships with customers across your territory
n
- Growing sales within existing accounts
n
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities
n
- Introducing customers to new products and promotions
n




- Regularly visiting customers and maintaining a consistent call cycle
n
- Conducting product presentations and customer tastings
n
- Working closely with our Customer Service, Production, Logistics and Marketing teams
n
- Representing the Vili's brand with pride and professionalism
n
- Managing customer activity and opportunities
n

ABOUT YOU

n

You enjoy meeting people, building relationships and finding opportunities to grow business.

You'll bring:

- Experience in sales, account management or business development
n
- Foodservice, FMCG, hospitality or retail industry experience (highly regarded)
n
- A proven ability to grow existing customers and win new business
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Good organisation and time management skills
n
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
n
- Confidence working independently and managing your own territory
n
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
n
- A current Australian driver's licence
n
