Based at our Wynnum branch, we're looking for a commercially minded Service, Parts & Rentals Lead to coordinate our service, parts and rental (hire) operations within the branch.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in service, hire, fleet, logistics or branch operations who is ready to take on greater responsibility, develop leadership capability and build a pathway into future leadership opportunities.

About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll coordinate the branch's Service, Parts and Rentals functions from enquiry through to completion.

Working closely with customers, suppliers, Service Technicians and branch leadership, you'll ensure work is delivered efficiently, rental equipment is utilised effectively, inventory is optimised and customer and commercial outcomes are achieved.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate service, parts and rental (hire) activities from enquiry through to completion.

Guide and support Service Technicians to deliver quality service and positive customer outcomes.

Manage service bookings, quotations, invoicing and customer communications.

Manage rental equipment bookings, utilisation and equipment movements.

Manage inventory performance,



spare parts procurement and supplier relationships.

Act as an escalation point for complex parts enquiries, warranty matters and supplier issues.

Monitor operational performance, utilisation and key KPIs.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer outcomes and commercial performance.

Provide reporting and recommendations to support branch performance.

What You'll Bring

Experience in service coordination, equipment hire, rentals, fleet management, logistics, inventory control, branch operations or a similar operational setting.

Experience coordinating, guiding or supporting operational teams.

Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Commercial awareness and an understanding of utilisation, inventory performance and revenue drivers.

Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience using ERP and CRM systems.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
