Colliers International Sydney CBD REMS is seeking a proactive Property Accountant to support property managers with accounting and the management of REMS trust accounts. Responsibilities include month-end close, trust reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and coordination with AP/AR teams.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar property accounting position, a university degree, and CA/CPA qualification or progression. MRI software knowledge is preferred.
