- Develop, maintain and continuously improve Playbooks, procedures and operational controls that align customer policies and practice definitions with day‑to‑day service delivery.

- Partner with technical teams and SMEs to improve reporting, dashboards, data quality, tooling effectiveness, automation opportunities and operational maturity.
- Engage proactively with vendors, customer stakeholders, SIAM partners and operational teams to drive continual improvement, manage risks and support cross‑practice service delivery outcomes.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings judgement, curiosity and a team-oriented approach to work that matters.

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience in ITSM, Service Governance or related roles within a SIAM or multi‑vendor environment.
- Solid knowledge of Asset Management, Configuration Management and broader ITIL practices including Change, Incident, Problem, Release and Service Request Management.
