Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager ready to step into a more senior, influential role? Working within a professional and collaborative commercial property team, you will take ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio while contributing to client strategy, operational excellence and the continued growth of the department. This is an ideal move for someone who enjoys the autonomy of senior portfolio management but wants more exposure to mentoring, client-facing strategy and business development.

The opportunity:

- Manage an established and varied commercial property portfolio, tailored to suit the successful candidate’s experience and capability
- Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and skilled consultants
- Take responsibility for budgets, outgoings, reconciliations, arrears, reporting, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Conduct property inspections and provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, compliance requirements, contractor management and capital works where required
- Support lease administration, tenant matters and stakeholder negotiations




- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the property management team
- Assist with team workflow, service delivery standards and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to new management opportunities, client proposals and the ongoing growth of the commercial management division

What we are looking for:

- Proven experience managing a commercial property portfolio
- Strong understanding of commercial leases, outgoings, budgets, reconciliations and financial reporting
- A confident and professional client-facing style, with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Sound knowledge of commercial property compliance and operational requirements, including ESM obligations
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, tenant relations and asset performance
- Experience mentoring, supporting or informally leading others will be highly regarded
- An interest in progressing into a broader leadership, client strategy or business development role
