ARC Disability Services is seeking a Chief Health & Quality Officer to lead quality governance and risk across our Cairns-based organisation. You will report to the CEO and work with the Quality Care Governance Committee to ensure secure, high-quality, person-centred supports.

You will oversee care governance, quality management systems, incident reporting and accreditation while contributing to ARC's strategic plan and organisational improvement.
