Established Timber Flooring Business Partnering with Queensland's Leading Builders Seeks Quality Assurance Manager to ensure excellent & professional installation service.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager who has a passion and genuine interest for all things timber flooring to work with this leading timber flooring company that works closely with Australia's largest builders providing the most creative and contemporary timber flooring range.

The Role

Permanent position offering long term stability and career advancement looking after QLD builders & their projects.

Excellent Salary plus company car, laptop and phone

Managing and overseeing the entire installation process, ensuring exceptional quality/service by our team of installers.

Ensuring installations are conducted in accordance with the company's Installation Manual.

Responding to all builder and installer issues.

Developing a close working relationship with building supervisors and timber flooring installers to maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards of workmanship





Auditing jobs and ensuring all inspections are within a timely and professional manner and of highest quality workmanship

Ensuring all administration is kept up to date, attending construction and operations meeting as required

The Successful Candidate will have

Experience in the building Industry, preferably with Flooring and at a Quality Assurance/Warranty level

Be able to enforce quality standards

Have outstanding communication and time management skills with an attention to DETAIL!

High Energy and be highly motivated

A pragmatic approach to problem solving

And most of all, be able to take ownership of your designated territory and work with it as if it were yours
