About You
As an Administration Coordinator, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. Key aspects of the role include timetabling, daily organisation and scheduling,
the coordination of the school's digital student management systems, and the ongoing development of cutting-edge approaches to student data tracking and monitoring processes. The Administration Coordinator position is a 3-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent. You'll bring:
- expertise in your subject area with strong classroom management and student well-being focus
- high level expertise and knowledge of Edval and Compass
- demonstrated capacity to lead and manage complex whole-school administrative systems
- highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and coordinate whole-school operations
- highly developed leadership skills with the capacity to build staff capability, manage change and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a key member of the leadership team to implement the College’s Strategic Improvement Plan and achieve measurable
- improvements in student growth, achievement and post-school pathways
- a tertiary qualification in Education & NESA accreditation.
