Fulton Hogan currently have a fantastic prospect for a suitably qualified and experienced Senior People and Culture Advisor to join us, supporting our Southern Region Construction team based out of our Richmond Corporate office. Reporting to the Regional People & Culture Manager, you will support day-to-day HR activities and work closely with the team to implement strategic HR initiatives.
Responsibilities include Regular site visits, advising on IR/ER issues, and partnering with stakeholders
