Electrical Client Manager / Electrical Service Manager

We’re growing our Brisbane team and are hiring a qualifiedElectrician with leadership experience to fulfil the role ofService Delivery Manager.

Please note: A current Police Check and Working with Children Check are required for this role—these will be arranged and covered by QA Electrical prior to commencement.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Commitment

Drive a proactive safety culture, leading by example and completing regular safety audits.

Leadership & People Development

Recruit and induct technicians and apprentices in collaboration with HR.

Coach, develop, and manage team performance; conduct annual reviews.

Allocate work, provide clear direction, and supervise completion.

Communicate goals, promote QA culture, inclusion, and values.

Business Operations

Prepare and quote works within delegated authority, ensuring GP% targets.

Schedule technicians, equipment, and procure materials efficiently.

Ensure accurate timesheets,



correct invoices, and proper job close-out.

Maintain compliance with QA standards, statutory requirements, and processes.

Business Development & Account Management

Build strong relationships with existing customers to maximise QA opportunities across the clients’ various departments.

Seek to identify and expand projects and other works opportunities within your accounts.

Provide clients with solutions and become a trusted services provider

Follow up on any new customer opportunities and leads provided

Keep opportunity pipeline updated and complete accurate sales/GP forecasts.

Finance

Monitor WIP levels and ensure prompt invoicing.

Track project costs, variations, and forecasts.

Monitor GP% and address issues promptly, support debt resolution.

What We’re Looking For

A‑Grade Electrical Licence (QLD) (must have)

Current Driver’s Licence(must have)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar or management role, with leadership experience

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Account management and/or business development experience

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams) and job management software

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
