Employing over 100 people, our group comprises of Reynella Mazda, Southern Volkswagen, Southgate Used Cars, Southgate GWM Haval, Southgate LDV and EV Moto SA. We currently deliver over 200 vehicles a month with an annual turnover in excess of $100 million per annum.
SCL Automotive Group is currently seeking a Senior Warranty Administrator to join our team, in a permanent, full time capacity.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing warranty claims, ensuring manufacturer procedures are complied with.
- Leading a team of Warranty clerks, and providing training and mentorship
- Liaise with manufacturers and Service Managers to cost warranty repairs, reconcile accounts and prepare repair orders.
- Stay up to date with manufacturer process and procedure.
- Working closely with Service Managers to ensure timely warranty submission
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a senior warranty clerk in a Dealership will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Exposure to multi brand sites
- Must like problem solving and helping customers.
- Accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Ability to work in high paced environment.
- Current driver's license
