Eldercare is seeking a Clinical Support Nurse (level 1 Registered Nurse) for Mt Barker on a fixed term 12 month contract. You will provide high-quality, individualized care to residents and support clinical leaders on the floor, ensuring services reflect our commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional resident experience.

Key responsibilities include nursing documentation, wound care, medication administration, and participation in Multi-Disciplinary team meetings.
