Chelson Gordon Consultancy is seeking a Trainer and Assessor to deliver and assess vocational training across ECEC, Individual Support, Ageing Support, or Community Services in Hobart. The role requires real-world industry experience, and a robust ability to manage multiple training tasks within an RTO context.
You will set up units of competency in the LMS, maintain currency of qualifications, and develop PD plans and records while ensuring compliance with policy and ESOS/RTO standards.
