The Opportunity

Step into an exciting Building Manager opportunity at a prestigious CBD address. You’ll be the driving force behind well-maintained, functional buildings while providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with residents. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and coordinating all aspects of building operations
- Managing correspondence, requests, and complaints across your portfolio
- Driving continuous improvements and resolving daily issues while managing trades
- Conducting regular checks on access control panels, security systems, and key management
- Overseeing tenancy requirements, OHS compliance, and fire safety systems
- Ensuring safe and efficient operation of all building facilities
- Addressing building defects and holding stakeholders accountable
- Enforcing building rules and regulations

About You

You are an experienced Building Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings:

- Strong planning and organisational skills to juggle competing priorities
- A solid understanding of building functions and asset management
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Knowledge of OHS practices and legislation
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability




- Leadership skills to empower your team and confidence to influence stakeholders (builders, OC Committees, managers, etc.)
- Prior trade experience and familiarity with integrated systems (highly regarded)
