Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Quality & Technical team with audit administration, quality systems, reporting, and other required initiatives.
- Oversee and maintain quality and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective distribution to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support the implementation of continual improvement initiatives across quality and compliance systems.
- Promote and contribute to a strong food safety and quality culture throughout the organisation.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage multiple tasks, priorities and administrative requirements while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the continuous improvement of quality, food safety and compliance systems and processes.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams,

Skills and Experiences:

About You:

- Tertiary qualification or currently completing studies in Food Science, Agricultural Science, Horticulture, Quality Assurance, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
- Analytical and proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Qualified, positive and customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability and a commitment to achieving quality outcomes.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and respond to changing business needs.
- Strong work ethic, integrity and a positive attitude.
