Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + super

Summary
I’m working with a well-established mid-sized Chartered Accounting firm looking to add an experienced Senior Accountant to its growing Personal Tax team. This is a client-facing opportunity offering exposure to HNW individuals, complex tax matters and interesting client structures, with strong mentorship and genuine opportunities to progress your career.

About the Role
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of individual and HNW clients, acting as a key point of contact for taxation matters.
- Work closely with senior members of the Personal Tax team to provide high-level tax and accounting support.
- Advise clients across a broad range of individual taxation matters, identifying opportunities to improve their overall financial and tax position.
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients, as well as internal stakeholders.
- Assist with the training, mentoring and development of junior accountants.
- Take on increasing responsibility for client management as you progress within the firm.
About You
- 3+ years’ Australian public practice experience within an accounting firm in Australia
- CA or CPA qualified, or currently undertaking studies toward completion, will be highly regarded
- Reliable and hands‑on in your approach, with the ability to take ownership of your work and meet deadlines effectively
- Strong experience across individual taxation, ideally including exposure to HNW clients and more complex tax matters.
- Confident client‑facing communication skills with the ability to build strong, long‑term relationships.
- Able to identify client needs and provide practical, value‑add taxation advice rather than purely compliance support.
- Previous experience training or mentoring junior accountants would be highly regarded
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
