Role: OT Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and maintain OT cybersecurity compliance processes aligned with IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, NIS2, and Australian cybersecurity frameworks.
n
- Conduct OT cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, threat modelling, and remediation tracking for industrial systems and connected equipment.
n
- Review and support secure design and implementation of PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial networks, remote access solutions, and OT infrastructure.
n
- Coordinate cybersecurity governance, supplier compliance reviews, audits, FAT/SAT activities, incident response, and lifecycle security management across projects.
n
- Create and maintain cybersecurity documentation including compliance reports, risk registers, asset inventories, network diagrams, hardening standards, and recovery procedures.

Skills Required

- Solid hands-on experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial automation, and industrial network security environments.
n
- Expertise in cybersecurity standards and frameworks including IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, NIS2, and Australian Essential Eight.
n
- Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, HMI platforms, industrial communication protocols, firewalls, VLANs, and secure remote access technologies.
n
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, penetration testing support, patch management, backup/recovery, and industrial system hardening.
n
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, technical documentation, communication, and risk management skills with experience working across engineering, IT, and operations teams.
