Job responsibilities:

- Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition.

- Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care.

- Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record.

- Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.

- Coordinate scheduling, referrals,



and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams.
