Deliver a mixed caseload of approximately 85% paediatrics and 15% adults
Work across clinic and community settings
Provide services primarily to NDIS-funded clients, with some private and Medicare clients
Build long-term therapeutic relationships with clients and families
Conduct community visits using a company car where available
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary allied health team
Support clients across Sydney locations, with clinic choice based on proximity to home

Requirements

- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (Limited or General)
- Genuine interest in NDIS work with children and families
- Warm, adaptable, and comfortable moving between clinic and community settings
- Driver's licence preferred (not essential)
- Australian working rights
- Recent graduates with strong clinical placements encouraged to apply
- Internationally qualified OTs on AHPRA pathways encouraged to apply
