Now Hiring: BIM Specialist Modeler – Electrical Construction
Are you an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler looking to work on exciting commercial construction projects? We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks to join a growing team that values collaboration, innovation, and quality.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain electrical BIM models throughout the construction lifecycle
- Perform constructability reviews and clash detection using Navisworks
- Coordinate with project teams through weekly BIM coordination meetings
- Generate quantity takeoffs and support project documentation
- Update and manage BIM models, file exchanges, and milestone submissions
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, architects, and field teams to deliver coordinated models
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
- 1+ year of BIM (Building Information Modeling) experience
- 1+ year of 3D modeling experience
- Associate degree in CAD or related field preferred
- Proficiency with:
- Revit
- AutoCAD MEP
- Navisworks Manage
- Bluebeam Revu
- Microsoft Office
