Western Sydney Local Health District is recruiting an Aboriginal Hospital Liaison Officer – Forensic Mental Health to support Aboriginal consumers throughout their mental health journey, providing culturally responsive advocacy and connection to services.

You will work with families, carers and the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, person-centred care and to facilitate admission, treatment and discharge processes within the current forensic unit at Budyari Gamada, Blacktown Hospital.
