Mansfield Steiner School is seeking an experiencedHumanities/Englishand/orLOTEteacher to join our lively and experience secondary school team.This position mayinclude IBDP (Year 11&12) alongside Year 7-10 classes.
The successful applicant will ideally possess:
- Appropriate teaching qualifications andregistration with the Victorian Institute ofTeaching (VIT).
- An interest andwillingness towork withinSteiner Educationprinciples.
- Recent experience teaching Humanitiesand/or,
- Recent experience teachingLOTE.
- Experiencedelivering Literacy Supportin secondary schools.
- Be able to bring creativity and practicalactivities to lessons.
- Robust organisational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication,andpresentation skills.
- An ability to work autonomously and as amember of a team.
- Commitment to adhere to the Victorian Child Safe Standards and the school's related policies.
