- Support customers through on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions
- Install and optimize hardware, software, networking products and configurations at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
- Perform maintenance and repair services
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations affecting product performance
- Respond proactively to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned business interruptions
- Deliver fully integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems and application software
- Serve as an internal technical resource and manage product escalations
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D; teams to provide customer solutions
- Work on associated projects
- Deliver internal technical training, maintenance seminars and workshops for field engineers or customers
- Train other field engineers or customers
- Calibrate equipment on-site for large-volume customers
- Qualify leads

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of professional experience are welcome to apply
- Relevant internships, part-time experience or graduate roles will be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proactive and positive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills




- Previous customer service or customer-facing experience would be an added advantage
- Must consent to and meet Agilent-approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements necessary to gain access to customer sites
- Credentialing may require proof of identification, proof of certification to perform the work required, and customer health and safety requirements
- Candidates based in Perth are preferred; candidates based in Victoria may also be considered
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time
