Conveyancing Executive - Hybrid working - Good quality work

I'm currentlyworking with a growing and ambitious law firm in Brighton that is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Executive to join its residential property team.

You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion and post-completion, giving you exposure to a broad range of residential property matters . You’ll deal with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties, progressing transactions and resolving issues along the way.

The role will give you hands‑on experience across the full conveyancing lifecycle , including sales and purchases, handling enquiries, reviewing contracts and legal documentation, liaising with mortgage lenders and other professionals, exchange and completion, and post‑completion work.

We’re looking for:





- 2+ years’ fee-earning residential conveyancing experience
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Valuable organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive approach and confidence managing your own caseload

Experience mentoring junior colleagues or involvement in networking/business development would be a bonus.
