Executive Assistant
Dry Creek | Full-Time
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a growing South Australian business and provide high-level support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to establish processes, build trusted relationships and become a genuine partner to the executive team.
About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide high-level executive, governance and administrative support in a professional, confidential and proactive manner.
This is a fast-paced role suited to an experienced Executive Assistant who is highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing competing priorities. You will play an important role in ensuring executive priorities are effectively managed, while also coordinating governance activities, meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
- Manage complex and changing diaries, meetings and appointments
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare agendas, board papers and meeting documentation
- Attend board and committee meetings, take accurate minutes and track follow-up actions
- Provide governance and committee support, ensuring documentation is accurate and delivered on time
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops and executive events
- Assist with the planning and delivery of corporate and leadership events
- Manage confidential correspondence, reports and presentations
- Act as a key point of contact for visitors and senior stakeholders
- Build strong relationships across the business and support executive initiatives and projects as required
About You
You are an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys building trusted relationships and staying one step ahead of your executive. You thrive in a busy environment, take pride in your attention to detail and enjoy bringing structure and organisation to a fast-moving business.
You will bring:
- Previous experience supporting a CEO or Executive Leadership Team
- Strong board, governance and committee support experience
- Experience preparing agendas, board papers and meeting minutes
- Exceptional diary management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality
- The ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work autonomously
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
