What’s the role?

Working closely with referral partners and banking channels, you'll build meaningful relationships, grow a strong customer portfolio, and create exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back. Based in Melbourne / Naarm, Wurundjeri Country, you'll work from one of our local branches while building strong connections across the community through both internal and external referral networks.

This is a full time role based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.

What do I need?

- Experience in Small Business Banking and Home Lending
- Proven ability to generate recent business opportunities within local markets
- Strong relationship building and networking skills
- A customer focused approach with a track record of delivering great outcomes
- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
