- Prospect new restaurant partners through walk-ins, cold calls, and scheduled meetings
- Meet venue owners and operators face-to-face across Brisbane and surrounding Queensland areas
- Deliver product pitches explaining how EatClub helps venues drive revenue
- Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of territory opportunities
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with venue partners
- Onboard newly signed venues and support their first campaigns
- Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM records
- Complete 15+ outbound activities daily, including calls, walk-ins, and booked meetings
- Monitor conversion rate, daily activity volume, and weekly pipeline value
- Launch EatClub into new Queensland cities by building venue pipelines and identifying priority neighbourhoods
- Refine the sales playbook through venue-owner feedback
- Support new city launches and help establish EatClub's presence in new markets
- Share local hospitality-market insights with the broader EatClub team

Requirements

- Proven track record in a high-volume, target-driven role, with specific performance metrics
- Comfort with high outbound activity, including cold outreach and in-person conversations
- Experience managing a pipeline and progressing deals independently
- Confidence presenting solutions and negotiating commercial agreements
- Resilience in high-rejection environments; door-to-door, car sales, sport, or high-volume outbound experience accepted




- Ability to state KPI attainment, conversion rate, and average deal cycle
- Hospitality, food tech, SaaS, or marketplace experience is advantageous
- Strong hospitality industry network is advantageous
- Experience launching or growing markets or territories is advantageous
- Willingness to work flexible hours tied to hospitality service times
- Ability to work independently with high autonomy
- Ability to conduct high-volume outbound activity and in-person closing
